PLEASE go pick up the book "The Body Sculpting Bible for Women" its by James Villepigue and Hugo Rivera. This book will answer all your questions and give you tons of information you never even thought about. For example tons of people pick fruits as snacks well little do they know fruits are packed with sugers and if you dont burn off all the suger from the fruits which is hard to do that suger turns into FAT yup FAT. So pick your foods carfully. Also they give you a workout rountine for your weight/hight/age ETC it also gives you a great 14 day body sculpting workout which is not easy but works great. Im one week I lost 5 pounds. Anyways check out the book its great also dont forget CALORIES IN VS CALORIES OUT

One, your weight ain't bad!!! And jeezums! Go see a doctor! YOU ARE KILLING YOURSELF! Start just drinking something, like a protein shake. and slowly begin building up the solid amount of food and stuff you eat. Once you get to that point, start your bike riding back up, just not obsessively. If you want to lose more weight just eat 5 6 SMALL meals a day, with breakfast as your biggest meal and NOT dinner! Eat lean meats, chicken, and of course tons and tons of fruits and veggies. What your doing is like a slow suicide!

Gain some muscle weight. You are pretty skinny considering that I am a male that is 5'9" and I weigh 165. I am a bit overweight but I have a lot of lean muscle build. Muscle weighs a lot. The BMI standard is kind of messy when it comes to athletic folk as opposed to the rest of the world. Tighten up your body with aerobic exercise and eat healthy meals that will give you energy without all of the sugars and useless fats. Some weight is not a bad thing. Guys really don't like the pencil thin models in fashion magazines, they like the curvier healthier models in the men's magazines. Designers are the only ones who like women to look bulemic, because it doesn't detract from their clothing.

ok my goal is to raise metabolisms. Just eat more often. Spead your meals out and don't eat 4 hours before bed because you metabolism slows down incredibly while sleeping. Stop eating junkfood and only drink water and juice. Do cardio about 2x 3x a week and for about an hour long run/walk or videos or whatever just make sure you feel it.

Don't expect to be able to change your diet in a day or be able to exercise like that crazy but slowly work yourself into the routine and stay there because reverting back to the way you were will only make your body do the same thing so make CHANGES don't do a phase.

Sorry, but if you want to get toned, your going to have to workout more that 3 days a week. I try to workout everyday and I'm not even all that toned. If you have a pudgy belly, you can't flatten it unless you loose weight. Sure, you can do all the crunches you want and build muscle UNDER the fat, but unless you loose weight, you won't see them. But I wouldn't worry about it, I recently lost 40lbs and now I'm 5,5 and weigh 130lbs. I don't care if I'm muscular or not, I'm just proud I was able to loose all that weight! Even if you did manage to get toned, it's sooooo much work to maintain it, but if it's something you want really, really bad, then go for it. fat IS taken into account in this. Hence there is a range rather than a set figure.

This range f Air Max Rea or Ideal is between 18.5 25

The range for overweight is between 25 30

Anything less than 18.5 on the BMI is classed as underweight.

As you can see, there is a wide range for each group and this is because muscle/fat IS taken into account.

And as I said earlier, there is no such thing as 'The right weight' but there IS such a thing as an UNHEALTHY weight!

Again Lisa, please refrain from giving misleading information. when u wake up in the morning u drink orange juice not cold, then hours after u eat a light meal.
