エイリアン木製ボードAlien wooden board
今年もよろしくお願いします。
I would like it this year.
今年もじゃんじゃん作って行きましょう。
I will make it lots and lots this year.
まずは、ボード。（作ったのは去年だけどね）
At first it is a board. (it is last year that I made)
「17時から作業」で作った1品です。
"A work after the duty." It is such one article.
以前エイリアンのコルクボードを作ったのでその型紙がありました。
I made the cork board of the alien before. So there was the paper pattern.
12mmのベニア板の切れ端で作りましょう。
Let's make it with a scrap of the plywood of 12mm.
切って塗れば良いかな...そう思ってたのですが....
I cut it, and should I paint? I thought so,
凹凸。 やはり表現しようね。
Irregularities. After all let's express it.
板に塗っただけだと、どっかの催事場の立て看板といっしょだしね。
It is same as the billboard of the exhibition space of somewhere when I only painted a board.
①目は、完全に出てるから、あと付け。
②首は、顔より下。だけど胴や足よりは上。
ちょっとトリマーで削りましょう。
③胴と足は、しっかり削りましょう。
④つま先、手のひら、アンテナは、出てるから、これもあと付けだね。
①Because the eyes completely jump out, I attach it later.

次は塗装です！
The next is the painting!
塗装の前に...
It is ... before the painting.
出っ張り部分は、石粉粘土で盛り＆研磨。ベルト部分は、薄いベニアで
同じ物を作りました。 全体を研磨して、シーラー塗りです。
I piled the projecting part with stone powder clay. And I polished it.
The belt part made the same thing with thin veneer. I polish the whole and am Sheeler coating.
薄い色から順に塗って行きましょう！
I will paint from a light color sequentially!
マスキングテープ貼って、何度も塗りましょう。艶出て来たね。
We put masking tape, and let's paint many times. Luster came out.
タオルで磨くともっと艶が出ますね。目も貼りましょう。
バックルも同じの作って貼りました。
It is shiny more when I polish it with a towel. Let's put the eyes.The same product put the buckle.
出来て来たよ.....
Completion is near...
黒目とピザのマークは、シール作って貼りました。
その方が、奇麗にし上がるしね...
The iris of the eye and the mark of the pizza made a seal. I put a product.The one is finished neatly.

サイズは、アンテナ先からつま先まで、55cmです。
The size is 55cm from the antenna point to a tiptoe.
なぜ作った？？
Why did you make it? ?
そこに板が余ってたから..... それだけです（笑）
Because a board remained there..... It is only it (laugh)
でもこのシリーズだと....バズ、ウッディ、ジェシーなど、
足がしっかりあるキャラは無理だけど
But when is this series; ... . Buzz, Woody, Jesse ... . Characters with the foot is impossible. But...
芋夫妻、ハム、ウィージー、レニー..... ブックワーム。
イチゴの熊も行けるね。
Potato married couple, ham, Weegee, Renny ... Book worm. I can make the bear of the strawberry, too.
色が多いし、凹凸あるから、時間はかかりますね。
Because there are many colors, and there are irregularities, it takes time.
でも、これたくさん作っても...どうすんだ？？？ 壁に飾る？
But even if make a lot of these ... I would do what? ? ? Do you display it on the wall?
壁たくさんないとダメだね....
If there are not a lot of walls, it is no use.

塗ってません.....裏塗ってその色が表にはみ出たら嫌だしね...
I do not paint. If ... paints with the back, and the color protrudes on the surface, I cry.
色は、全部作ったしね....
私、板金屋じゃないから、同じ色は作れません
