Earth's rotation slowed in 2015 the world will welcome the 26th "leap second"
The last day of June of this year than in previous years long 1 second
This silent second, how would you too? Yesterday's explosion heat network, users of various gods Reply
This good and love: this one second to the dying person is, so that they say want to say

Well, we finished the topic of weather, let us talk about the network yesterday a fairly hot topic: the year 2015 more than the conventional one second.
The Paris-based International Society for the Earth's rotation,http://www.mlkj158.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=3176618&fromuid=266986, said recently that due to the Earth's rotation slowed in 2015 will usher in the history of the 26th leap second time at midnight on June 30, & nbsp; watches scientists will once again give an additional 1 seconds, then the atomic clock will stay at 23:59:59 for one second, scrape hogan, let's slow rotation of the earth to keep pace atomic clock - that is, this year, everyone is an additional one second of time.
You can not underestimate this one second, could have a huge global impact websites and computer.
But more interesting is that these users are more arrangements of a second,http://www.yeshengshucai.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=69383&fromuid=613.
Leap second is how
Deviate the world with atomic
Before saying this subject, take a look at the leap second is how it was.
Currently, there are two international time measurement system: one is the "world" based on the Earth's rotation period, and the other is based on the "atomic" atomic oscillation period. The former due to slow changes in the Earth's rotation rate instability, moncler sito ufficiale, which is relatively stable. Since the 1958 start of human atom, the two time scales at individual rates running forward, both deviation is also increasing.
Because the Earth's rotation slows down long-term trend, so under normal circumstances, every one to two years, chaussures louboutin, you need a "leap second" once, and has been increased by 1 second. "Leap second" by the International Earth Rotation and Reference Systems Service published, mainly to compensate for the slowing of the Earth's rotation time. By then, the time service center will "leap second" information sent by timing system to broadcast, demand for high-precision time authorities receiving radio time signal via a dedicated timing of the receiver will automatically "leap second."
From our most recent leap second, it appeared in 2012.
That extra little one second
Power really can not be underestimated
Although only a small 1 second,http://kidssmile.horishoten.co.jp/detail.php?code=795162, but the human significance is no trivial matter, if the "global strike" - the international community not to adjust the time, hogan rebel, according to the deviation of the results of previous record forecast, about 5,000 years, and the time for human use will be Nature has one hours time error.
By that time, air max pas cher, thousands of years people are no longer accustomed to the scorching sun is 12 noon, but appears in 13:00. If some countries refuse to separate "leap second," some high-precision systems and the world will not be able convergence, such as small to stock trading, large satellite into space, will be a series of butterfly effect.
"Leap second" & nbsp; from the beginning of 1972 enabled, this year will be to increase human "leap second" 26th.
Some small partners may remember June 2012, scientists have to add a second "leap second" was a lot of well-known foreign site into a state of temporary service interruption.
