[Journal Challenge: Day 466] Things I want to start
What I want to start this year is my Arakawa riverside walk
while listening to the audio of Hapa Eikaiwa
and Cafetalk tutors’ audio files,
repeating and practicing sentences.
I’ll make it a daily routine when I don’t have dance lessons.
In retrospect, at the beginning of the year, I started it,
but before I knew it, I quit it because I’m a sedentary person.
It goes without saying that working on the computer for hours
is harmful to my body.
Spending too much time at the computer was a tough habit
to break last year. When the time for a stroll comes,
I'll snap out of it. So, if I started this new habit,
I can improve my metabolism too.
I don’t want to be the kind of person who cannot stick to anything.
