“This is a photo of the burnt Filet-O-Fish ⚠️🍔”

⚠️🍔 Incident at McDonald’s Ryogoku 🍟⚠️

This morning, I bought a Filet-O-Fish (not a set, just single).

When I was about to eat it…😨

The bun was covered with lots of black grains, like sand💦

“Sand? Or burnt crumbs??”

I stopped eating and took it back to the store.

The staff told me something shocking😱

👉 “It’s burnt residue because the bun-toasting machine wasn’t maintained.” 😰

Seriously… selling food without proper hygiene control?

For something we put in our mouth, this is unacceptable.

🥤 It reminded me of another incident over 10 years ago…

At the same Ryogoku store, I bought a Chocolate McShake.

When drinking, I found mysterious small black square pieces 😵‍💫

I thought: “Did they start adding chocolate chips?” but no such menu existed.

When I took it back,

it turned out the rubber part inside the shake machine had crumbled into pieces and mixed into my drink💔

I had already consumed some, felt severe nausea,

yet the store didn’t even say, “Please go see a doctor.”

🍴 For restaurants, the most important thing is hygiene and machine maintenance.

Consumers must feel safe with what they eat.

Even though McDonald’s is such a global brand…

It’s sad that the same store had two serious incidents😢

First: rubber in the shake machine🥤

Second: burnt bun on the Filet-O-Fish🐟🍞

🚫 Please, never let there be a “third time.”

Cleanliness comes first.

I strongly hope McDonald’s Ryogoku will provide safe, clean, and delicious food🙏✨
