すーさん半年くらい前から、肩にしこりがあって、悪性ではないことは検査でわかってるんですが、経過観察中でした。
She has had a lump since about half a year ago. I know that it is nonmalignant because she got her lump checked. I was taking a wait-and-see approach.

昨日ちょうど、しこりの位置に、何かかっぱり着いている(乾燥した何かが固まって付着している）のを発見Σ(ﾟдﾟυ)
I found that something solidified adhered to her skin on the lump.
毛の根元にカサブタがたくさん！
She has a lot of scab on her root of coat.
傷口に弱い方はスルーしてくださいね
If you are weak at a issue I suggest that you look the other way.
しこりになっていたところは、ぺっしゃんこになっていました
Her lump became flattened.
しこりの正体は
でっかい
ニキビ！(〃ﾟ口ﾟ)!?
That lump is a big acne!
すーさんは、膿皮症(犬のニキビ)にはよくなるほうなんですが…
She often catch pyoderma, dog's acne.
腫瘍じゃなくてよかった(｡≧Д≦｡)
I was relieved that it isn't a tumor.
化膿しないようにしないと～
