The males have deep orange patch and deep yellow face.
幼鳥の時は分かりにくい。
Young cockatiels are difficult to determine.
ルチノーは、黄色地に黄色い虎目なのでわかりにくい。
Lutino cockatiels are difficult to determine because they have yellow feathers on yellow baring.

ってことは、もともとあったものがなくなるんですね。
According to Wikipedia in English, "the male the male loses the white or yellow barring"
So, It is originally existed stripe pattern disappears.
