Yesterday,I finished Empowerment Program
in （Jo-chi）Sophia University!!😭
This time, I learned that "positive thinking" is important for everything by discussing various topics with international students and group members.
Also, I learned from the group leader that the leader should accept the opinions of any member without denying them, that it is most important to have your own opinion, and that being able to speak English is meaningless.
My next goal is to improve my English level and be able to express my opinion better.💪

終わっちゃいました〜😭
今回、外国人留学生の方々や、グループメンバーのみんなと様々なテーマについて話すことで、
全てにおいて「ポジティブシンキング」は
大切だということが分かりました😊
また、グループリーダーから、リーダーとは、
どのメンバーのどんな意見も否定せずに
受け入れるものだということ、
一番大事なのは自分の意見を持つことであり、
単に英語の能力があるだけでは意味がないこと
を学びました！
もっと英語のレベルを上げ、自分の意見を伝えられるようにするのが、次の目標ですっ💪
