How to deal with the hard part of change.

There are no simplistic answers. What works for one person is a complete waste of time for another. In some ways when things become difficult is when you dig deep and utilise resources that are available.

A common way of dealing with the hard times is networking. It can be good to be with others in a similar situation. It can also be risky as negative issues may be raised.

Some people believe during change one should not become too fixated on the end result and the benefits are often greater during the process of change. Sometimes a solution does not always appear until a situation as almost resolved itself. Sometimes it is only hindsight that shows what we did right and how we can deal with similar issues again.

Kepp an open mind. Sometimes consider ideas that all your life you have strained to avoid. Remember to think through any choices. There are always consequences.

Any huge problems can usually be divided into smaller issues. Even then it may be daunting but that in itself has tipped the balance a little towards yourself and in the difficult world of change the slightest change in odds can make all the difference.
