Hi everyone!
My name's Anthony and I'm originally from a small town called Sayville on the south shore of Long Island, New York. It's about 2 hours from Manhattan and only five minutes from the ocean! We have many beaches to enjoy during the hot summer weather, but come winter we often have blizzards!
After high school, I studied mechanical engineering along with Japanese at Villanova University in Pennsylvania. I worked in engineering for a few years before deciding to do something completely different and come to Japan. I'm currently studying music for games and film at Shobi College of Music.
I absolutely love foreign languages and have studied Japanese for about five years and Spanish for seven. Learning a new language has its challenges, but it really opens up your world and is incredibly rewarding. I encourage you all to stay committed to your language goals!
