コロナ禍でなかなか対面でのイベントができなかったのですが、久しぶりにイベントを開催しました。
イベントの趣旨は
「上野動物園を一緒に英会話しながら楽しみましょう」
今回の久しぶりのイベントは、ほぼ皆さんが初対面でしたが、Paulの作成したマニュアルを手に、英会話をしながら動物園を散策しました。
途中みんなで席に座りトレビアクイズなどで動物を知り、終始英会話をしながら新たな英単語を知り、時にはメモしながら、みなさん楽しそうに参加してくださっていました。
そのまま二次会でアメリカンレストランに行きましたが、そこでは終始英会話でのフリーチャット。
皆さんがそれぞれの目標に向かって英会話を勉強されている中、このように日本にいながら対面でネイティブと話す機会はとても有意義だったと思います。
また次回イベントを計画したいと思います。是非その時はまたご参加ください！
Since the pandemic started in March of 2019, we finally were able to restart some events. This event was The Ueno Zoo English Event. Members were all excited to meet each other and we all strolled around the East Garden area of the zoo. Unfortunately, we were not able to see the Giant Panda`s and a few other animals. But altogether, it was good weather, good people and lots of smiles and memories. Thank you all for joining and always look forward to meeting again.
