NYのファッションショーにモデルとして舞台に立ったキャリーが
大勢の人の前で転んでしまうシーン。
I had a choice. I could leave the runway and
let my inner model die of shame,
or I could pick myself up,flaws and all, and finish.
「選択肢は二つ、ランウェイから逃げてモデル願望を封印するか
一般人が転んで悪いかと開き直り、最後までやり遂げるか。」
And that’s just what I did.
「私は後者を選んだ。」
再び歩きだして、友達を含む大勢の人から拍手を貰ったキャリー。
この事を人生に例えたのが上の言葉。
先週、２回目のSATC Movieを見に行って、週末はDVDで復習。
