The crazy thing is, I am 23 years old. To imagine a string of messages that are as long as my age, I can't comprehend that. It's difficult for me to imagine anyone watching that and not losing their mind.
Fans : we want intersteller re release Theaters : it is not possible Fans : No, it is necessary.
If you rent the HD version and broadcast it to your television you will be very satisfied. So much of this movie I remembered and so much I had forgotten. The artistry of Ridley Scott creating a world of the future and a world of decay along with the poignant story of the discovery that humanity may be different from what we expect. well I am a fan.
In my cinema, most of the audience were leaning their bodies during this whole scene, including me.
Just cried. watching this alone while taking a break from my startup.
This movie is so powerful, it shows the best side of humanity and proves how smart we are, even though we are very, very limited. And this music. This movie changed the way I look at the sky at night. Beautiful. So glad I've seen this movie. I cried at the end of the movie, not because it is sad or anything, but because it's so true and beautiful. Brings tears to my eyes. We can spend our whole life trying to figure out how our world works, we'll always be amazed by how beautiful it is. It's above our comprehension.
Love how such beautiful movies have such a recognizable soundtrack, a theme.
This soundtrack is not possible, it's necessary.
Will be forever my favourite movie, even watching it 20+ times can't make me bored of it, and each time I notice something new, fair play to the guys who thought of a movie like this, they have to of been from the future or an alien being themselves.

Listening to this as a senior in high school realizing that my final months have been taken away from me and that the lost moments of me being around some of the people that actually make me genuinely happy are gone. I am not crying. No. Just thinking about what could have been and what it could have been like. Thank you COVID-19 for ruining my final year as a kid. My final year as regular student. My final few months of having the ability to do whatever I want or feel like doing. If you read this my heart goes out to you and your family. I hope you all are safe. Stay together and stay strong no matter what happens.
Truth be told, It was more of a fiction than a sci-fi movie. Yes, It talked big terms about worm-holes and black-holes. Oh, I totally questioned my own concepts of gravity for the whole duration of the movie. Whenever there seemed to be an issue, there would be a 'smell the fart' act and answer would be gravity.
Movie started promisingly with strong base about inhabitable conditions of Earth. However what was missing was the basic background and assumptions/definitions of astrophysics involved. It was weird how a man was fooling everyone for 40 years. The thing that may have amazed everyone when the ghost was revealed as Cooper himself, was confusing. Why did Christopher would show a single day of interaction. Since Cooper was supposed to be in 4 Dimension, Why he was supposed to be trapped? Also However He could have walked through lifetime of Murphey interacting at some random day, Why limiting his interaction scenes. It was though shocking to see how the black-hole was treated. It was nothing more than a body with more dimensions and higher gravity than Earth. And yeah due to gravity, time was supposed to be very slow! But How come when time was supposed to be so slow, then seconds for which signals were sent to 3-D human world were received within few ouldn't that be days! I still believe they could have shown some limitations instead of making things work out with every blind move. Some research works were really good though.
The movie is really fine. Christopher Nolan has made people to re-think our abilities and the challenges before us. It is high on sentiments and emotions and at the same time motivating to pursue our real interests in life as explorers and discoverers. There was, however,no need to add negative role of Matt Damon, I believe, which added a little of drama and more of emotions (again which is not a genre of the movie and simply extended the running-time.
I rated this movie 8 because I had more expectations, research could have been better, connectivity could be improved, more obvious things could be skipped and some out of the blue things could be added. The best part of the movie was direction and obviously the acting. Matthew McConaughey along with Mackenzie Foy and Jessica Chastain did wonderful jobs. I think it's a must watch movie with great original concept, excellent script and awesome visuals. It leaves too much thoughts to ponder upon.
