As we finished our main project there are nothing much to do for me. We'll finish our semester on 6th of Dec. Since I'm exchange student, we don't really need to participate on next project which is started from this week.(Indigo project)
I knew I have this two weeks free that I can do nothing or visiting places in London if I want.
But I wanted to weave more, so I've started to work on new project for my self.
Once thing, I always had a dilemma about weaving course is that I have never be able to weave huge cloths. The biggest I could go is like 15 to 20 inch.
Since I've studied fashion, I always wanted to make clothing out of my weave samples but they are too small for sewing anything.
I wanna bigger fabrics that I can make something else.... that was one of my dream since I started weaving.
So! This is great chance to do so, because Chelsea has big dobby loom that I can weave out up to 40 inches. I knew it is going to be a lot of work, but I wanted to do this and I felt like this is last chance for me to to do hand weaving before I start my real career. ( I don't have any more weaving courses after this in my college)
I'm working on 39 inch width and 8 meters big cloth project now!
