YAY!
So! Project is DONE.
All works on my studio disk for submission.

submission and private/public view is over.
As I wrote before, the theme for this color project was MEXICO
my main inspiration is Papel Picado (perforated paper)
This is decorative craft made of paper and consider as Mexican folk art. Similar to Chinese paper cutting. This decoration is seen in many of Mexican festivals.
I really liked how they are colorful and detailed. The colored tissue papers are used for Papel Picado and they sometimes symbolize meaning of festival.
Some of other color inspiration came from Mexican painter Frida Kahlo. My work was pretty directly inspired by my research and reference so I made mood board goes together with.
It was great experience to see other students work from all other disciplines,
and I'm amazed by how creative they are.
I was working on pretty traditional weaving design approach.
But some students were showing work that is not related to fabric (I guess it does some what but end product was not always fabrics)
More like fine are pieces or installation too.
I must say, the approach was really vary and some of they were super interesting. I felt like there are still so much I could learn thinking about textile.
I liked how we can get drinks and going around talking friends and discuss about works.
I really think it was worth coming to London.
