ラボパーティにとってとても大切な人が
亡くなってしまいました。
ニコルさんはラボ創成期より夏のキャンプ地である
長野県黒姫に住んで環境保護活動をされていました。
アファンの森はキャンプでも人気の
アクティビティのひとつでした。
今年の夏は子供達を連れて黒姫でニコルさんに
講演していただく予定だったので悔やまれて
なりません。
ラボパーティの作品もたくさん書いてくれました。

Facing the sad news of passing the great
Mr. C.W.Nicol away, I feel my deepest sorry
for the loss.
He is one of the legend as an environmental
activist, also known as an author of books
for labo party.
I am deeply regretting to miss the chance to
meet him in this summer at the labo camp.
My condolences go with everyone
who loves him. May his soul rest in peace
in Afan forest.
