フェイシャルパックでメンテ facial pack at the salon

この花粉で肌がカサカサになってるところをフェイシャルマッサージで整えようと青山にあるHans salon de visage に行ってきました。
乾燥！？それとも疲れ！？
もう暑くなったり寒くなったりするこの季節の変わり目嫌です。。笑

お願い。。早く暖かくなってーー。

案の定首がかなりこってたみたい。。

どうしてマッサージってこんなにあっという間に終わるように感じてしまうのかしら。一日中してたいーー。

と言うか未だに私電気毛布付けて家でヒーターつけてますが、、変かな！？笑

明日何着たらいいのだろうー。。悩む。。

from the pollen and the dust and allergy going on outside, affecting my facial skin to dry and rough surface which I went to the salon in Aoyama call Hans salon de visage for some pack treatment . hope this will make my skin recover.
also found my shoulder and neck has been so tensed from the cold I'm feeling in this weird weather I'm experiencing here in Tokyo.

I can't believe I'm still using the heated blanket and the heater in my house ...

アジア祭典 常陸宮妃殿下様も来場されました。Asia fes!

先日ANA Intercontinental hotel で行われたアジアの祭典のインドブースのお手伝いをさせていただきました。

常陸宮様妃殿下も来場され訪問していただき、ご挨拶もさせていただきました。
アジア各国の日本駐在大使達も常陸宮様妃殿下のお出迎えに参加し、
その国のブースが出店されてる中、一つ一つ丁寧に回られてました。

去年もこのイベントのお手伝いをさせていただき、毎年恒例のイベントとなっているのでお手伝いできた事とても嬉しく光栄に思っています。

インド大使もとても素敵な方で、一緒にみんなで写真もとらせていただきました。

こうやってインドを広め、色んな方に知ってもらえる機会がある事には私もついつい興奮してしまいます。


終わってみんなでホテルのカフェで甘いものを集中して食べ糖分を補給しました 笑

また来年が楽しみ。

worked at the Indian booth at ANA intercontinental hotel for Asia festival charity event, which all Asian countries participated including all those countries ambassadors ,welcoming the princess of one of the royal family member . royal highness ,princess Hitachi Nomiya whom I got a honor to greet her as well.

it is always a grateful opportunity to be able to let Japanese people know more about Indian culture.
working in this team is always encouraging and motivating too:)
thanks to mr bobby who gives me such chance to be involved :)

can't wait for next year!:)

昨日の番付収録。yesterday's shooting

先日番付の収録でした。
いつも楽しいなー。
だけど毎回あまり動いてる訳じゃないのにやたらとお腹も空くし何よりも甘いものが欲しくなる！！そのためにスイーツ持ち込みました。笑

ちょっとのチョコで元気になり目が覚める。なんざんしょ。

色んな国の新発見。私まで聞きながら楽しみましたー:)

衣装のマルチカラードレスはdesigual 。

赤いドレスはCarolina Herrera。この時は靴もそう。

そしてどれもアクセはfollifollie

had my tv shooting yesterday.
enjoyed as always.
it's surprising to find out how my body craves for food and for sweets when I'm just basically sitting and not moving much in the studio . maybe from the concentration !?!? don't know...

always exploring new news on different cultures which is always fun to hear .
