School days
In America, school normally begins in August. [アメリカでは、普通、学校は８月に始まる。] In Japan, school begins in April.
Me, on my first day of kindergarten:
Also, at my school, summer vacation was 3 months long. [私の学校で、夏休みは三ヶ月。] School ended in May and began in August. It was long, wasn't it?! [ながい、ね？！]
However, I think three months is too long. [長過ぎると思います。] Maybe the Japanese way is better. [多分、日本の学校ほうがいい。]
What is your opinion? Is Japanese summer vacation too short? [日本の夏休みは短すぎる？]
