Writing an English paragraph
Even though my students read many English paragraphs, they can't write them very well.
[私の生徒はたくさん英語の作文を読むのに、上手に書けない。]
I teach academic writing style.
Academic writing is different from the writing in English I & II textbooks.
For exams, university essays, etc., academic writing is good.
Here are my rules. More explanation is below the picture. [説明が絵の下にある。]
Is it difficult to understand? 分かりにくい？
1. Begin each sentence with an indent. Paragraphの最初の行はindentがある。indentは５文字のサイズ。
2. Fill each line. 毎行の終わりまで書いて。
3. End every sentence with a period. 毎文の終わりはperiodがある。
4. Don't start sentences with "And," "But," or "So." "And," "But," "So"は文の最初の単語ができない。
It's hard to explain!
Sorry if it's confusing.
I think my Japanese is bad!
