went cycling and hiking with Barry.
it was beautiful day!
I cooked just Yakisoba and Okonomiyaki for him and he was amezed. haha
on Sunday,went shopping with Rina and Amy,my house mates. we went to cheesecake factory and ate super big cheesecake!!!! AWESOME
anyway I saw a gay couple. it was first time. I really didn't know that because they look like usual guys but they were holding hands.
in Japan I can't see like this. it's super easy or super hard to find gay because they try to become a girl or secret it.
in the US,almost gays look like general men. they don't try to change sex or wear girl's clothes. I didnt feel strange because they were walking as if they are usual couple for us. in addition they are open-mind and have confidence.it's totally different from Japan.
everyone has self-confidence here not only gay but also girl and boy.
if you wanna be beautiful, you have to believe you are beautiful first. if you can't trust yourself, nobody thinks that.
everyone has own strong point which nobody has but ourself. it's important to find it.
I succeeded to lost my weight about 4kg! crazy!! I didn't expect that!
I don't feel losing weight.
