中学の時から「英語」が大嫌いでした。今も？笑
しかし「やりたいことは絶対に英語が必要」ってことで、勉強せなあかん！！ABC以外解らない。自分の名前を言うことくらいしかできないレベルな私です。低レベルすぎて笑えてくる。
英語の解説や英語の〜というのは正直できません。まともに会話できるのは何年かかるかわかりませんが。この場はメモとして使っていきたいと思っています。こんな単語も知らんのか私は！！とツッコミを自分で入れながらマイペースに進めて行けたらと思います。
本当に英語嫌いというか英語恐怖症なくらいひどい私なので、正直「英語の勉強」って言っても何からして良いかわかりません。
てことで、友人が私に進めてくれた「映画」「音楽」からスタートしたいと思います。
幸い私の仕事は映画やドラマ関係なので、映画と音楽はめっちゃ好き！！
まず、アメリカの方となんとか映画の話をした時思ったのは
なんで「原題」と「邦題」が違うのか！？ってこと。邦題が英語やったからそのままで通じると思ってたけど通じない！！なんでやねん！！！
簡単に言うと、原題の英語のまんまやと、日本人に馴染みのない単語だったりするので「映画に興味を持ってもらう」為に配給会社が考えてタイトルを変えています。日本限定のタイトルですね。
今日はその日本限定のタイトルなんや！！と知った「Wild Speed」の主題歌「See you again」にフォーカスしようと思います。
原題は「the fast and the furious」
fast (adjective)速さ
furious (adjective)怒り狂った
両単語とも形容詞。「怒り狂った速さ」うーーん。ワイルド・スピードってほんまにぴったしなタイトルですね。
ブライアンとドミニクが最後別れの時にかかるこの曲。
泣けますね。クランクアップ直前に交通事故で亡くなったポールウォーカーに捧げる曲ですね。名曲や〜
