今日は、地元の公民館で、英語をたのしむ集いをしました。月二回開催の集いです。 英語では梅雨や田植えについて学びました。私たちは瑞穂の国にもっと誇りをもちたいとの意見に皆さん納得されました。歌の時間には、♪星に願いを♪、♪きらきら星♪、♪カントリーロード♪など歌いました。最後に♪エーデルワイス♪を歌いました。この歌をあるご婦人が、“講座歌”にしたらどうかしら？とユニークな発言をされました。平和の歌で歌いやすいので、いつも講座の終りに歌いましょう！と数分も経たないうちに提案は“可決”されました。 このように自由であかるい雰囲気をみんなで築きあげている愉快と笑顔の集いです。 追記：皆さんの美声と笑顔に酔った私は足元がふらつき帰宅に苦労しました。気持ちのいい後遺症って言いましょうか！！
Today we had a meeting to enjoy English at a local community center. These meetings are held twice a month. While reading an English text, we learned about the rainy season and rice planting. Everyone agreed that we should be aware and proud of our country with its beautiful and refreshing rice. During the singing time we sang songs like "When You Wish Upon a Star", "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Stars" and "Country Road". The last song was "Edelweiss. Then an older lady made a unique comment, "Why don't we make this a 'class song'? She suggested that we sing it at the end of each class because it is a peace song and easy to sing! Within minutes, her suggestion was unanimously approved. As this episode shows, every member is having fun and creating a free and bright atmosphere of joy and smiles.
PS: I was so intoxicated by everyone's beautiful voices and laughter that I was unsteady on my feet and had a hard time getting home. It was a pleasant aftereffect!

On June 26, 1945, the Charter of the United Nations was signed by 50 nations in San Francisco. 1945年6月26日、サンフランシスコで国連憲章が50カ国によって署名された。

1945年10月24日: 国連憲章が発効し、国連が正式に創設された。
1965年: 国連憲章が改正され、経済社会理事会の理事国数が増加しました。
2000年: ミレニアム宣言が採択され、ミレニアム開発目標（MDGs）が設定された。
2015年: 持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）が採択された。
2021年7月現在の加盟国は193か国である 。
国連憲章は、世界平和と国際協力の実現に向けて重要な役割を果たしている。
