今朝、 一坪菜園から夏野菜の収穫をしました（写真）。 ベイビーリーフ、水菜、パセリ、春菊、細ネギなどが籠一杯採れました。この時期日光が豊かに注ぐので育ちも勢いがあります。日光がさんさんと降り注いでいたので、布団、シーツ、衣類などデッキに干しました。 それから、階下で カープvsイーグルスのTV観戦に夢中になっていました。 ゲームが中盤にさしかかったころ、何か音がする。 あっ、雨だ！ 大急ぎでベランダへよたよたしながら駆け上がり、見つけたのはびしょ濡れの布団やシーツや枕でした。 何とか取り込んだころさっと薄日が射してきました。ちょうど妻が外出から帰ってきました。そして言いました。「この辺りだけ道路が濡れていたわ。通り雨だったのね！」 カープが接戦を制して４－３で勝ったのが、せめてものなぐさみでした。This morning I harvested summer vegetables from our small vegetable garden. I picked a basketful of baby leaves, mizuna, parsley, garland chrysanthemums, and thin green onions. The abundant sunlight at this time of year makes them grow vigorously. Yes, the sun was shining again today, so we hung futons, sheets, and clothes on the deck to air and dry. Afterwards, I was glued to the TV to watch the Carp vs. Eagles game. About halfway through the game, I heard a noise. Oh, it's raining! I managed to walk up to the deck to find soaked futons, sheets, pillows and towels. The moment I managed to get them all inside, the rain stopped and the sky became brighter. My wife came back from shopping and said, “The road was wet only in this neighborhood. It must have been a passing shower!” It was at least a consolation that Carp won a close game 4-3.
