砂漠や草原の広がるモンゴルの、夜空の美しさは想像を絶すると言う。その星空を鑑賞する方法があると聞いた（24色のペン）。 「星には見方があるんですよ。先ず下をむいて目をつぶり、10秒数えます。それから静かに上を向いて目を開けるのです。すると星が一斉に降り注ぐような空を見ることができます」 日本の空はモンゴルの田舎に比べるとその透明度ははるかに劣るが、この夏はこの方法を試してみたらどうだろう。 私の場合はベランダに寝転んで、目をつむり、ゆっくり目を開けることになるだろう。It is said that the beauty of the night sky over the Mongolian countryside is unimaginable. I'm told there is a nice way to appreciate that starry sky: First, look down, close your eyes, and count for 10 seconds. Then slowly look up and open your eyes. Then you will see the sky as if the stars were falling all at once!
Although the Japanese sky is far less transparent than that of the Mongolian countryside, why not try this approach this summer?
In my case, I would have to lie on the veranda, close my eyes, and slowly open them.
