Sometimes I screw everything up because I tried to finish things in a rush.

For example, I can't write good on black board in the lesson becasue I'm always in a rush. I can do better in practice though. It's because I'm nervours, pressured and stressed myself to complete my writing in such a short time. This example shows I cannot do my best performance if I'm in hurry.

To do your best, you just need some time. Don't ask for a quick result. It seems OK because you can get it soon, but the quality is not. Also when you are teaching, you may be able to follow your plan that way, but students may need more time to think.

People have their own pace that they can do things better. I think I have that, too. The problem is I always want a quick result. Although I feel like I'm doing things slower than others, I guess it is OK. I'll achieve it anyway, if I keep making an effort to it and take some time.
