I had little appetite today. It's a rare thing because I can have meals even when I am very exhausted. Probably, I haven't got rid of the cold yet. I feel a bit queasy.
My parents came home from mother's hometown. They were there for four days because of a Buddhist service for one of my uncles-in-law who passed away two years ago.
In the guitar lesson, one study that I practiced a lot didn't pass and two studies that I couldn't really practice passed. Why?
Lately, what sometimes floated in mind became a reality. Probably, it's not so difficult for me to sense something about people close to me.
The yen against the US dollar is appriciating at the moment.
I'm better now. The fever went down. I need to do what I couldn't do for the cold soon.
The difficult words in the subject lines are just the ones I want to learn by heart. Small efforts are important everyday. :)
A friend of mine asked me to go to a gig of her favourite band with her tomorrow instead of her friend who suddenly couldn't go there. I don't like wasting anything (the ticket too), but I have too many things to do now and I don't have normal health condition. If I go there with my current state, I'm sure I'll be dead for a couple of days, though I have no time to be like that. What kind of person am I? No, I'm just doing what I can.
I think I wasn't careful about spring's changeable temperature. I have a touch of cold.
When I'm doing something difficult or troublesome which won't be finished for a relatively long time, I feel as if I'm not allowed to take a rest or go to bed until I get sick. I seem to have many thinkings to put away.
Good books often bring me good ideas. What troubles me lately is the lack of time for reading books.
I felt the air getting warmer today. I knew I shouldn't have used the PC for a long time when I hadn't recovered from too much fatigue, but I did it and got a terrible headache. Again.
Today was genuinely the last day at the gym. My tickets for the gym expired today and I used them up. Because of the last chance, I tried what I hated the most, a exercise class. It was an easiest beginner class, but it was very hard for me who was extremely poor at any sports on land. If you couldn't do swimming or ice skating at all and needed to start learning those from scratch, it would be easy to imagine that feeling, I think.
Last year, I tried a exercise class with my sister and what was left in my mind was just a sence of humiliation afterwards. She said that I shouldn't have minded so much. However, I had too many traumatic memories about that kind of exercise classes and couldn't stop feeling like that. This time, I was slightly better, though I was the worst in the class again and still felt humiliated a bit. It was a matter of mental strength which was common to my other problems. My physical exercise is mainly for mental training.
On the way home, on my bicycle, I thought about my current health with some feeling. For this couple of years, I went to the gym, often after work, even in the freezing nights on my bicycle. That gave me a confidence in any challenging things I would do in the near future.
Before the guitar lesson, I went to the gym. The time until arriving at the gym is hard for me every time, but once I get there, it's not so hard anymore like two years ago.
I liked the studies for this week and the guitar teacher praised me for my performance. I was very glad because my performance had been not really good since the techniques got difficult. Probably, the improved way to practice with recorded movies of his playing worked. During the lesson, I felt that I was cheerful and I thought that was from refreshed feelings after the gym.
