yaaaa.... sooo.... training today was from 10 to 1. annnndddd it was inside. and it was ok. apparently we had to pass training in order to work for the organization. that was so lame. i passed. durrrhurrr. me cans do anything :3
so... basically my goal now is to push people to sign up and get as many as i can (the company requirement is 3 sign ups a day) butt.. 3 signups a day only gets me $80 extra dollars added onto my paycheck. that is not a lot at all, but... if i were to get 3 signups a day every day i worked......
base pay is $70,
+$80 performance bonus
= $160 a day
x 3 days a week
=520(- taxes, which i will not calculate.)
but.. HOLY CRAP! that's more than i USED to get paid! in only 3 days!!!
and if i can get more than 3 sign ups a day? the 4th sign up is another $80 bonus!!!
so... i TOTALLY need to make people sponsor children. then i will be smooth sailing and comfortable until i find a "real" job.
but... if i enjoy this, i'll definitely be sticking around big time!
