Initially they informed me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to an incorrect email address. This happened a number of times after I was told my e-mail address had actually been upgraded. Then they told me they will do an escalated case to trace my e-mail issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my original e-mail service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I altered my e-mail to a yahoo e-mail address they said would provide me no problems. I wait, still nothing. I called once again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my subscription, however when I insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, however then client service tells me on their end, it shows nothing was sent out and they don't know when they go out by means of email. When I asked for a manager or different contact information, they stated they don't have any.
I paid near 5 figures for these lifetime subscriptions total, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, aggravating, and terrible client service. I am part of other investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly fix any issues. Nothing even close to outright incompetence I have experienced here.
