Radio frequency identification technology mainly uses alternating magnetic fields or electromagnetic fields to realize information communication, so as to realize the identification of targets. RFID tags contain RFID chips, and use RFID radio frequency identification as the basic technology to complete data storage, reading and other operations, and the data is stored in the RFID chip.

RFID chips are divided into three main radio frequency ranges: low frequency (LF), high frequency (HF) and ultra-high frequency (UHF). UHF is generally a frequency between the frequency band (860-960MHz). UHF RFID frequency bands vary around the world, ranging from 902-928MHz in the United States and Canada, and between 862-870MHz in Europe. China is distributed in the 804-845MHz and 920-925MHz frequency bands, and Japan is between 952-954MHz.

The chip players of UHF RFID tag products mainly include NXP, Impinj and Alien. Among them, NXP and Impinj occupy the vast majority of the UHF general chip market. These players have formed a large scale in the general chip field. Therefore, other UHF RFID tag chip players are more customized for special application fields.
