作りました～♬
水ようかん大好きさんは
絶対作って欲しいレシピ🥰
手作りの水ようかんを食べたら
もう売ってる水ようかんは買えないってくらい
オイシイのでぜひお試しください～💗
今回は、カヌレ型で作ってみました😆
型はこちら👇
セリア商品のシリコン型です✨
レシピ
(作りやすい分量)
- こしあん 210ｇ
- 水 200㎖
- 粉寒天 2ｇ
- 塩 ひとつまみ
- 砂糖 大さじ2～3
(砂糖はお好みで調整してみてください)
お鍋に水と粉寒天を入れて弱火にかけ溶かしていく。
砂糖も加えて溶かす。
沸騰したら弱火にしてかき混ぜる
餡を入れてしっかり溶かしたら、塩を入れてさらに混ぜ合わせる。
しっかり溶かしてね。
さっと水にくぐらせた型に流し入れて、
冷蔵庫でしっかり冷やし固めます。
型に空気を入れると取り出しやすいです✨

さくらんぼをのせて完成です💕
残りの水ようかんはオサム型で♪
