第4回開発資金に関する国際会議（FFD4）

国連総会決議78/231に基づき、第4回開発資金に関する国際会議（FFD4）が、2025年6月30日から7月3日まで、スペイン、セビリアのFIBESセビリア展示会議センターで開催されます。FFD4は、国際金融アーキテクチャの改革を支援し、SDGs達成に向けた緊急に必要とされる投資促進を阻害する資金調達上の課題に対処するなど、あらゆるレベルの資金調達改革のためのまたとない機会となります。
開発資金に関する国際会議（FFD4）は、各国政府のリーダーに加え、国際機関・地域機関、金融機関・貿易機関、企業、市民社会、そして国連システムといった機関が最高レベルで結集し、より強固な国際協力を促進する唯一のプラットフォームです。
FFD4は、より低コストでより多くの資本を動員できる、新たなグローバル資金調達枠組みの構築を目指しています。セビリアでは、新たなグローバル資金調達枠組みを通じて、リーダーたちはSDGs投資の推進と国際金融アーキテクチャの改革に向けた行動を起こし、世界が切実に必要とする変革を実現しようとしています。詳細は、会議ウェブサイトをご覧ください。

THE FOURTH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON FINANCING FOR DEVELOPMENT (FFD4)

Based on UN General Assembly resolution 78/231, the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4) will be held in the FIBES Sevilla Exhibition and Conference Centre in Sevilla, Spain, from 30 June to 3 July 2025. FFD4 provides a unique opportunity to reform financing at all levels, including to support reform of the international financial architecture and address financing challenges preventing the urgently needed investment push for the SDGs.
The International Conferences on Financing for Development are the only platforms where leaders from all governments, along with international and regional organizations, financial and trade institutions, businesses, civil society and the UN System unite at the highest levels, fostering stronger international cooperation.
FFD4 aspires to build a renewed global financing framework that will unlock greater volumes of capital at a lower cost. In Sevilla, and through a renewed global financing framework, leaders are taking action to deliver an SDG investment push and to reform the international financial architecture to enable the transformative change that the world urgently needs.
