日本の学校における君が代強制について、言論・表現の自由を守る会は子どもの権利条約第3回日本政府報告書審査（ジュネーブ：国連欧州本部）でのロビー活動を行いました。
レポート「Forced Worship of Nationa Flag and Anthem at Puburic schools in Tokyo］とビラ配布弾圧６事件のレポート・2008年の自由権規約委員会の勧告などを委員のみなさん、日本・現地スイス・フランスなどのＮＧＯに手渡して交流しました。
２日目の審査前・28日の朝には前日の都教委が強行した処分のニュース（※）とそれに対する抗議声明（※※）もクラップマン委員（独）に手渡しました。
※5月27日付で、今年4月の都立高校入学式で君が代斉唱時に起立しなかった教師3人に対して、不起立を理由に懲戒処分を決定し処分発令を強行した。）

On 27 May ,２０１０，board of education of Tokyo metroporis decided to take disciplinary action against the ３ Tokyo Metroporitan high school teachers，and forced theofficial announcement of the punshment by reason of not standing on the entrance ceremony in april.
Thepunishment contains as follows,areprimand punishment for 1person(not standing up on the ceremony once)by reducation of a salary by 10%)by reduction of a salary by a month for 2persons(not standing-up twice).
The punished association demanding the withdaual of “Hinomaru“and ”Kimigayo“，the Tokyo”Kimigayo”Trial Accuser Group and the Teachers Concernd declare again te determination to fight through,demanding the withdraual of the unjast punishment.
