Ivosidenib: 第1相臨床試験結果 AML -IDH1変異

IDH-1 変異陽性は、AML患者の6％〜10%に見られるとされています。

まだ、第1相試験ですので、薬の安全性確認が試験の主目的ですが、やはり効果も気になります。

258名の治験参加者に対する結果は、以下の通り。

The CR plus CRh rate was 30.4% 

The CR rate was 21.6% 

Median time to CR plus CRh was 2.7 months 

Median duration of CR plus CRh was 8.2 months

寛解維持期間中央値が8.2ヶ月。
こういう改善努力の積み上げが大切なのですね。
