After approx 1year, graded using that prac APT form again. Mixed feelings. Part of being caught off guard and not being my able to prepare to the items of the form just doesn't feel good...
Some say they will feel offended.
Well, I may not but I wish I was informed earlier so that I can actually 'show' more. ):
Some say that's actually the most objective way.
But I just wish... To be informed earlier.
Some say that's just weird, why use that?
I just don't like to be caught off guard! I'm highly insecure. Period.
It felt horrible.
Thankfully they were really cooperative even without being told beforehand.
"Who is she? Why is she here? Do we need to behave?"
"She is XYZ. She is here to observe the lesson. How do you intend to behave?"
At least they will behave, the experienced teacher encourages. Heee. The greatest comfort will probably be how united these 34 are. So united for.... and so united against at times..
