In Kobe, there are two islands. One has Kobe Airport. Rokko Island is the other one
I was so surprised that they have many stores and schools. There are residents! I thought it was an island for companies. However, it's a town
Also, there is a legs hot spring you can use for free. I didn't try, but some people were there.
I would say it's not a sightseeing spot. But if you have an oppotunity to visit, you should walk around
