Hi there! Today I'm gonna talk about being late! In Japan, getting delayed is very bad.
Everyone will apologize if he is late for something. But in Canada, it depends on people
Even if they are late for a class, they enter as usual. Hi! or good morining....Like this. They don't say sorry.
However, when you have an important appointment, like an interview, you can't be late
You have to be there on time!
When you hang out with your friends, it depends on
One of my friends said she will be here soon, but she joined us two hours later!!
I feel like it's totally different from Japan. Bus gets delayed, train as well. Sometimes, they suddenly changed something.
At begining, it was surprising, but you will get used to it
Now, I feel like Japanese things are super punctual!
すごいですよね。ちょっと遅れるわー＝15分とかです。very soonっていうけど英語だと大げさに言う気がします。10分くらい＝soonです笑 日本だとちょっと10分はすぐって言えませんよね。。。
