監獄島
Hi there! Today, I'm gonna talk about Alcatraz Island. Have you ever heard that??
It's offshore from San Francisco and was used for a huge prison
Now it's a museum and you can visit.
To get there, you have to buy tickets online. Not sure about in store. You go there by ferry.
It's like a tour, so you will have an audio tour there. I guess there are two companies running the tour.
Alcatraz City Cruises and Alcatraz Island Tickets. Both online.
I chose the first one. Because it was cheaper.
When you reserve it, they inform you the pier you go
Tickets should be sent on email.
They have a timetable, so you can choose one of them.
確か島に行く船は１５分に１本とかで、島から帰る船は３０分に１本だったような。。。
But the return trip is flexible.
島はこんな感じです。
The island is not big, but you walk around, go up and down. I think sneakers are better.
It may take 2hours if you watch everything.
I didn't join, but there is a night tour!!
