First things first, you should reserve an airplane ticket! It's getting higher if you take it later. Once you've decided to leave, find it ASAP
Also, make sure that you need to tell it to the landlord. Otherwise, you can't get the deposit back! Usually, you notify before one month you move out.
In my case, I left there in the middle of month, so I told it almost 2months before. If you wanna move out earlier, you should tell it earlier. It's better for both. Check your contract!!!!
The day I left, I closed my bank account. It was super easy. It takes 5~10 min. Go to the bank and tell them close your account. The money in your account will be given to you by cash. 私はTDバンクでした。
When I got to the airport, I sent an email to the mobile carriers. They didn't reply me, but I could close my phone account as well. I heard you can call them to resign.
Actually, there were many things to do. Especially, packing was soooo hard
You should start reducing your stuffs right away....Moreover, you may take time to select souvenior. All of them made me tired......
