Hey there! I'm gonna talk about waffle in Brussels

It's super tasty.....
There are two types of waffle. One is Brussels style, the other is Liege style. Actually, there are more types, but I found the two when I traveled.
Brussels Waffle is fluffy and crispy. Liege one is more sweet then the first one... I prefer Liege
You can see many many stores around the Grand Place, so try some of them.
At that time, I went to two stores.
One of them was quite popular and it was a long line.
The name is Maison Dandoy. There are a few stores there, but both were crowded....
If you wanna eat in, you have to wait for a while. I chose taking out. I ordered Liege waffle, it was pretty good
I wanna try again.....
Also, you can choose Belgium waffle there.
The other one I tried is Manneken Pis Waffle.
This one was not as busy as Maison, but they didn't have enough space to dine in. You may eat it outside.
I got a Belgium waffle there. It was great as well
ちなみにですが、小便小僧=Manneken Pisと言います。なので、これにあやかってつけた名前でしょうか。。？
ワッフルの違いとか考えたことがなかったので、はたしてブリュッセルワッフルをマネケンで食べたのか不明ではありますが、とってもおいしかったです
ちょっと恋しいです。。。
