自分のスーツケースがない
Hi guys! Today I'm gonna talk about the terrible flight....
I've told you what happened to me. When I arrived and picked up my suitcase, I realised it wasn't here
Actually, the flight had many passengers. I guess it was almost 600 people.
I had to wait for it almost 1 hour in front of the balt conver.... And then, where is my baggege!?!?
I felt really tired.....
There is a baggege claim counter, so I went there and asked them to check it.
They said it's delivered tomorrow.......
私の場合ですが、遅延がはっきりしていたので、まだよかったです。いわゆるディレイドバゲージ（荷物の到着が遅れる）というやつです。
とにかく届いてないと伝えることが大切です。補償などもしっかり確認しましょう。
In this case, you can ask them compensation. For me, I can get up to 100 euro if I buy something.
Also, I provided them about my address. They will deliver.
今は荷物が届くのを待っています。。。
Becouse I'm going back soon, I don't have enough cosmetics and cloths. That's really problem for me....
