Hi there! Today, I'd like to write about my teeth problem.
In Vancouver, dentists and ENT(ears, nose, thoat) are really pricy
This is because even if you have BC health insurance, it doesn't cover them!

So you have some problems with your ENT, go to see a doctor in Japan
And also, you should be careful with a toothpaste. You can get it here, but some of them are really strong.....
I know it's popular because of whitening. However, there day, I've got a teeth pain.....I doubt the toothpaste....
Now I'm using an American brand one, and it says good for whitening
The name is Crest. I think you may know it if you stayed in Canada.
But my Japanese friend says it’s really good product, so it depends on people.

My flight will be in April, so hope nothing happens in a month...
日本の病院は優れているような気がします。。。
If you stay here for a while, you can bring some toothpaste!!!!!! Or buy Japanese one.
