日本人がいない
Hi, there! Today, I'd like to talk about my part-time job.
I work as a server at a resturant, but I sometimes feel really bad....
At the resturant, there is no Japanese and only I'm a foreigner.
My coworkers are nice and help me very much, but still, I feel unconfortable
As I think about the reasons, I found them.
１．英語でしゃべらない！！！
They don't speak English....!
95%、彼らの母国語でコミュニケーションが行われるため、孤立していることが多い。
２．文化の違いを感じる
I don't get used to their culture(the way to work)
Also, I think they are very moody....
実は働き方が日本と違うため、混乱してしまう。
機嫌が悪いときは要注意です。。。めっちゃ口調きつくない？って思ったりします。
I guess No,1 is the main reason.
私も新人なので、なかなか１人でうまく仕事できないことが多く、助けてくれる彼らなので、感謝はしています
でも文化の違いや考え方の違いを考えさせられています。日本人は感情を隠すことが良い、と考えていると思いますが、やはり違うなーと。
But I would say we have to be careful of No.1 situation.
日本人ばかりの中に外国人少し、ってときに日本語ばかりつかうのは個人的には好きではないので、私も気をつけようと思いました。。。
日本人がいないところで働くのは大変でしょうが、素晴らしい経験はできますよ！
