What to bring
Hi there! Today, I'll tell you what I prepared before I came here.
First of all, you can buy anything in Vancouver, but most of Japanese things are pricey.
So you don't need to worry about it.
1. Towels
I brought a lot of towels. This is because I heard we can't get small towels in Vancouver.
Also, if you choose homestay, you may not do landory everyday.
2. Cosmetics
I think it's better to prepare. If you worry about skin troubles, you must!
Especially, 乳液!I can't find it so far. I mean there are many kinds of moisture lotion, but they are not similar to Japanese ones.
Also, パック is expensive. You need it, you should buy in Japan!
3. eye care
Glasses, contact lenses, eye drops, and lenses cleaner. You can buy them in Japan. They're sold at quite high prices.
If you need glasses and contact lenses, you should prepare in Japan. In Canada, most insurance doesn't cover it. You have to pay everything. Also, you need to take visual acuity test whenever you have new glasses and lenses.
See you there! Thank you![]()
