「feel under the weather」は、「体調が悪い、気分がすぐれない」という意味の熟語です。元々は船乗りの間で使われていた表現で、悪天候（悪天候の下）で体調を崩しやすいというところから来ています。
覚え方のポイント
「weather（天気）」の影響で「under（下にいる）」というイメージを持つと良いでしょう。天気が悪いと気分や体調も悪くなると連想することで、覚えやすくなります。
