Setsubun is one of the traditional ceremonies in Japan.
I prepare Sushi Roll with my daughters every year.
Sushi Roll fillings
★grilled eel ★spinach ★cherry blossoms' color fish flacks ★boiled(steamed) figh paste ★rolled egg ★dried gourd ★shiitake musuroom ★cucumber ★nori sheets ★rice
1.Spread rice ove the nori sheet
2.Put the fillings on the rice
3.roll up th sushi
My daughters could roll up Sushi well.
And then we ate Sushi Roll for good luck,while facing the luckey direction of this year.
The lucky dirrection of this year is north-northwest.(北北西)
C★Rock ate One Sushi Roll and P★Rock ate a half of Sushi Roll this year.
After that we did Mamemaki.
Mamemaki is Beans-throwing ceremony.
We throw beans while shouting " Demons out,Hapiness in"
Last,We eat the beans of each our ages.
