MT5 - Bitmap Label

1. ペイントで.bmpファイルを作成。

2. Imagesに入れる。

3. Draw Bitmap ⇒ Bitmap Label ⇒ 右クリック。
　 Bitmap file (On)(Off)、それぞれに画像を選択。

　 State:On Offに対応していて、画像の切り替え可能。
