Yep, just as you have read the title, all my assignments are DONE! Like finally?
All that's left now are exams. Shall be studying tomorrow and doing GST filing.
OH THE HORROR of GST. It's just figures and more figures and words.

I just realised the true extent of my cosplans this year after talking to Val on the bus. Wondering if I'm able to cope with them, considering this is my 2nd last semester at JCUS. Time really flies huh? Like 15 and counting. 12 months a year, meaning more than 1 for about 3-4 months? Double shock~ Somemore, I am recosing all my cosplays from before orz

Been out on Sat and Sun with Meiyi and her sister. Met up for gaming but didn't play much, as I think I suck with games. The new bishi bashi so fun to play. My reaction slow right? how to play you ask. LOL well, I was the first one to be gone-ed lolol. After which, watched them both play KOF MIRA? I think.

Yep. Went for Makeup shopping today. seriously, this is the 1st time I felt makeup is really expensiveeeee. Cos it's usually my mum who hands me down makeup stuff, the ones that she doesn't really want to use, plus, I don't have the need toget eye shadows as my mum has tons. ^^
I need a proper pencil eyelinerrrr. The one I am using now smudges :/
and I forget to get a new brush for my gel liner >_>

Oh, and I need to get pretty stuff like EYELASHES since I'd be cosplaying females this year. >D not forgetting mascaras. I think I will get eye makeup base another time. I think if I wasn't into cosplay, I wouldn't even apply make up now. There's so much to learn about make up for cosplay and I am really grateful for my cos friends now. you guys have really been of great help! *hugs*

Being in the circle for 3 years already, minus 1 as I was on hiatus (but the official count is 3). It thought me a lot of things and also got to know of COS-politics which can be very disgusting. Yea. Everywhere got politics la. Maybe that's why I don't really like it? I learn how to make my own stuff. Trying to SEW is like the hardest part for me. (but need to save money so no choice) Research, portraying the character, even looking like the character. When I first started out, no doubt I sucked, and I think I even CosFucked. But really, the experience through cosplay will not be forgotten. A hobby, a lifestyle. COSPLAY =/= LIFE though. I do have a life. Life is not all about cosplay, but I think you may think of me otherwise. Some may view me as OTAKU, but maybe, it's about not understanding our subculture and seeing it as different from your own lifestyle that we get named as such? Even if you think like that, nothing will change the fact that I'm proud to be a cosplayer.

Perhaps such a video will enlighten you
Cosplay culture in Japan~~ It's a documentary from CNA.

Cosplay is indeed getting attention from the media. Considering they have a competition at CHINGAY now? LOL I WENT WTH when I saw kaika/elpheal's cosblog
She's a cosplayer herself and she does coverage of the cosplay scene in Singapore too. Maybe you can check out her youtube videos! :D

Are my blog entries getting boring? @_@
