まやんちのフォレノアール♡
毎週金曜日と土曜日のみオープンのまやんちで2018年6月2週目にいただいてきました。

お茶はマサラチャイ。
しっかりスパイシー。
おうちではなかなかここまで美味しく煮出せないから、紅茶の美味しいお店でじっくり楽しみたい！
アメリンチェリーたっぷりで美味しいまやんちのフォレノアール。
チョコレートケーキは苦手だけど、フォレノアールは好き。
まやんちのフォレノアールは2015年以来3年ぶり。
トップに乗るつやつやのアメリカンチェリーがかわいい♡
丁寧に種ぬきされたアメリカンチェリーの自家製のコンポートが
ふわっふわのココア生地と生クリームに包まれてきれいな階層に。
トップのチェリーの下のショコラのコポーがざくざく♪
クリームたっぷりですが甘さ控えめでしっとりとした大人の美味しさ。
※フォレノアールは、フォレ＝森、ノアール＝黒で黒い森という意味だそう。
アメリカンチェリーが美味しい今だけ限定のまやんちのフォレノアールに今年は出会えてよかった！！
