2月の苺のトライフルに続き、3月はじめの週もまやんちで夜カフェしてきました。
玄関メニューでも苺のトライフルはおすすめに！
たーこさんとコメ欄でやりとりしてたのがこちら。
現在お菓子のみの提供で、キッシュやサンド類の軽食メニューの提供はありませんのでご注意を。
このメニュー表は3月の一番最初の週のものなので
9日以降のメニューはまた相違していることがあるので重ね重ねご注意を。
（実際9日からアフタヌーンティーも桜になるしね！）
この日はヴィクトリアサンドウィッチケーキを。
ドリンクはぶれずにロイヤルミルクティー♡
ヴィクトリアサンドウィッチケーキは紅茶のためのケーキ。
英国式のヴィクトリアサンドウィッチケーキはベリージャムがサンドされますがまやんちは苺ジャム。
いちご好きにはたまらない苺果肉たっぷりのまやんちの自家製いちごジャムが。
ふわふわの四同割り（※）の生地。
※四同割り→バター・お砂糖・たまご・粉、4種類の材料が同じ比重で作られた生地。
ふかふか生地にしっかり煮詰められた果肉たっぷりのいちごジャム。
ふかふかおいしさをかみしめながらいただくヴィクトリアサンドウィッチケーキ。
シンプルだけど手がかかっている分美味しさもストレートに感じます♡
そしてロイヤルミルクティーはいつも美味しいな！
