初❗️ミョウガ （╹◡╹）

今年の初ミョウガです。

Hi there! 

I found the first sprout of ミョウガ in my back yard. 

まだ、細っちい。

It’s still very small and thin. 

But there will be a lot more of big fat ones coming out during summer. 

これから 夏の間、

どんどん出てきてくれます。

ミョウガ 大好き❗️

嬉しいなあ。

I love ミョウガ. 

I am so glad that I can crop them in my yard every summer. 

うちの庭に ミョウガが生えてくれて

本当に良かった。

ついでに 

I also found a pumpkin blooming. 

かぼちゃの花

蒔いといた種から

芽が出ました。

I threw away some seeds off pumpkins after cooking. 

And they happened to grow this big. 

かぼちゃを料理するたびに 

なんとなく種を蒔いてます。

で、ほっとくと、勝手に育っちゃう。

I often try planting vegetable seeds, and some of them sprout by chance. 

But they rarely succeed in having crops. 

芽が出て、花が咲く、までは行くけど

実がなったことはありません。

Actually I don’t expect them to have crops.  

実がなったら、もうけもん、

くらいのスタンスです。

まあ、花も可愛いからね。

花を見てるだけでも いい気分。

気楽な、家庭菜園です。

I would be overjoyed if I could have any. 

But I am just as happy looking at the flowers. 

They are very pretty, aren’t they? 

So I take it easy and enjoy growing vegetables like this so far. 

昨日は娘がいないので、

夫婦二人晩御飯 

舞茸、豚肉、 空芯菜炒め

冷奴 韓国海苔で。

枝豆屋さんのトマト 

バリ甘❗️

枝豆

鰹のたたき

ネギ、生姜、青じそに

初ミョウガも ぶっかけました。

夫婦二人だと、

地味〜〜。

PS 気楽にやる、を英語でいうと？
